Returns

At Almansooragames.com we offer you a 3-day return policy. If you are not happy with the product you ordered, you can request for your product to be returned. All you need to do is:

• Contact our customer service team at mail@almansooragames.com or call us on our Mobile number -+971563088168 to initiate the process.
• We will log your return request and send you a return airway bill (AWB).
• Our courier partner will call you and pick up the product(s) from you. Kindly make sure you acknowledge the return receipt along with all the details of the order.
• We will issue you a return coupon from  Almansoorgames.com equivalent to the value of the item(s) immediately on receiving the product. You can then use this voucher for buying any other product from the website.

Please note the following conditions must be met for us to be able to process a return successfully:

• An item may only be returned within 3 working days from the date you receive your product
• It must be in its original packaging along with its original tags and labels
• Items less than 150AED value are not eligible for returns
• Items with No Warranty are not eligible for returns

We do not offer direct exchange of any product. In such scenarios, your existing order will be cancelled and you will have to place a new order. You can also use the Almansooragames.com  voucher to make the new purchase.
