Warranty Policy

Most devices sold on Almansooragames.com  are covered under the Almansooragames.com  1 Year Warranty valid from the date of purchase. You can find the required warranty information about a product on its respective web page.

Under the Almansooragames.com warranty policy, we will accept products for repair only if they are within warranty. Any device for repair will be serviced and returned back within 14 working days of receiving it at our service center. If you need to repair your device, all you need to do is:

  • Contact our customer service team at mail@almansooragames.com or call us  on our Mobile number: +971563088168  to place a request. Please make sure to retain the original packaging and labels of the product as you will be asked for the serial number on the box and you may be requested to pack your product in the box as well.
  • We will log your service request and send you a shipment order along with the details for pick-up, shipment number and tracking number.
  • The courier partner will get in touch with you and co-ordinate to pick-up the device. Please remember to print the shipping order we sent you and hand it to the courier person along with the items that need to be repaired.
  • Once we receive the items, we will examine, repair and return the device within 14 working days. In case of delays, our service agent will contact you.
  • As soon as the item is repaired and ready for shipment, our service agent will get in touch with you and we will also send you a confirmation email.

If for some reason the item cannot be repaired, we will send you a Almansooragames.com voucher equivalent to the value of the item. This coupon will be redeemable and you can use it to purchase any item you like on  Almansooragames.com

Please note

  • Your product warranty only applies if there is a defect in the device wholly or substantially, due to faulty manufacture during the warranty period.
  • You must ensure that your product identification number or code (for example, IMEI number or UPC code) is available. If the product is removed from its packaged box, we will not be able to cover the costs of repair. In such scenarios, we may not be able to cover your product under warranty. However, you can contact our customer service team and they can attempt to help you retrieve the serial number.
  • All warranties are valid within UAE only
  • Some items sold on Almansooragames.com are not covered under any warranty. This information is indicated on the product page. 

This warranty does not apply where damage is caused by other factors, including without limitation:

  1. Leaking batteries
  2. Exposure to liquid (excluding water in the case of waterproof products) or infiltration of foreign particles;
  3. Use of the item with unsuitable ink or toner; or
  4. Abuse, mishandling, accident or failure to follow operating instructions;
  5. Normal wear and tear;
  6. Servicing or modification of the item other than by Almansoorgames.com, or their authorized service agents; or
  7. Use of the item with other accessories, attachments, product supplies, parts or devices (including batteries, tapes/cards, lenses and flash attachments) that do not conform to specifications of the Manufacturer.
